Who We Serve

Flying Colors serves foster children across the country between the ages of 13-18. We wanted this program to be open to all the youth foster children possible in order to create friendships with as many as we could. Our goal is to create as many connections between foster children and writers on our side. Come along and join us in serving these foster children through sending letters and cards.
